An obstruction inside a wall-hung toilet in İstiklal
In our recorded İstiklal job, we considered the absence of backflow from the floor drain and investigated inside the wall-hung toilet. Removal exposed tissues inside the toilet. A subsequent camera inspection assessed the part of the drain that could be viewed.

Separate toilet, washbasin and shared-drain symptoms
Tell us whether the toilet is wall-hung or floor-mounted, whether water collects in it and what happens at other outlets such as the floor drain. A washbasin or kitchen drain being affected too can change the direction of the inspection. Any necessary removal and access are discussed before work.
A single backflow symptom does not locate an obstruction precisely. Clearing a drain and investigating the source of seepage may require different checks. We explain the method, technical access and proposed checks according to findings at the address. If another job is needed, we discuss its scope before starting it.
Removal and refitting have separate checks
Access and the location of the obstruction determine whether removal is suitable. In the İstiklal job, tissues were removed from inside the toilet after taking it off its mounting. We explain the necessary intervention for each address.

These starting prices apply to a standard apartment during daytime service, 06:00–00:00. Night service, 00:00–06:00, adds 50%. The normal daytime rate applies from 06:00 to 00:00 on weekends and public holidays. Prices are valid from 18 October 2026.
Drain clearing is priced by the apartment’s private line or the building’s shared main line, rather than metres or the number of devices used. Connected drains on the same line may form one intervention; independent lines are separate jobs. If the scope matches the telephone discussion, the agreed price applies. A different scope and its revised price are explained before intervention.
The 3,000 TL leak-detection price covers detection in one standard apartment during daytime service. Repair and surface closing are separate. If we establish a leak in the tested apartment but cannot locate its source, we do not charge for that detection. If there is no leak in that apartment, the inspection fee applies. Multiple leaks or a wider repair area do not cancel the fee for detection whose source has been located. Another apartment’s scope and fee are explained before its inspection.
Drain-odour detection with equipment starts at 3,000 TL per apartment; repair is separate. The service investigates drain or wastewater smells. Leak and odour investigations are generally planned for daytime. Night work is generally for blockages and urgent burst pipes; ask about appointment availability.
Duplexes, larger homes, businesses, outdoor areas and wide or multi-zone jobs need a separate telephone quote. Ask us for a quote in Silivri, Çatalca, Pendik, Tuzla, Adalar and Şile. Necessary and technically possible camera checks or toilet removal for clearing are included in the agreed clearing price. Optional pipe washing requires a separate price and your approval.

Must a wall-hung toilet be removed for every blockage?
The obstruction location and access determine the intervention. In our İstiklal job, removal allowed tissues to be taken out from inside the toilet. We explain what another address requires separately.
Why describe checks after refitting?
Clearing the blockage and reconnecting the fixture are different stages. After refitting in İstiklal, we checked drainage and whether the connections leaked.
