The 50. Yıl account separates clearing from a part proposal
Our existing Turkish 50. Yıl page describes squat-toilet clearing, a bucket test and a proposal to replace a part. Read that account for the details of the recorded job. A replacement proposal is not evidence that the proposed part was fitted.

A pressure change needs investigation before a diagnosis
Water dripping to a lower flat calls for checks that distinguish clean-water supply, hot-water pipework and drainage. A heating-pressure drop alone does not prove a plumbing leak. Pipework assessment is distinct from boiler-appliance repair.

Raythink CX 200 Pro+ thermal imaging can assist on heating pipework; Roteksan RC400 imaging helps inspect appropriate wastewater pipes where needed and technically possible. A camera is not used in every water-leak investigation.
Findings are explained before a separately priced repair. A wider opening is not ruled out in advance, and bathroom renovation is not assumed to solve a fault before the relevant pipe is checked. For repairs using our materials, the one-year warranty covers only the part we repair or replace, with scope explained in the quote.
The line determines clearing and any further work
We distinguish an apartment’s private drain from the shared building main line before explaining the price. The technician selects the method on site; where machine clearing is needed, we use the ROTHENBERGER R600 and check water flow after opening.
Camera inspection is supporting work when necessary and technically possible. There is no general rule that every line must be viewed before intervention. Necessary, possible camera checks or toilet removal for clearing are included in the agreed clearing price.
If a started machine intervention cannot open the line because of a break, collapse, solid object or public-infrastructure problem, the explained normal service fee applies. Public-infrastructure work stops and you are directed to the relevant authority. Repair and surface closing are separate. Washing needs a suitable line, a separate price and approval; it cannot repair a broken or collapsed pipe.

These starting prices apply to a standard apartment during daytime service, 06:00–00:00. Night service, 00:00–06:00, adds 50%. The normal daytime rate applies from 06:00 to 00:00 on weekends and public holidays. Prices are valid from 18 October 2026.
Drain clearing is priced by the apartment’s private line or the building’s shared main line, rather than metres or the number of devices used. Connected drains on the same line may form one intervention; independent lines are separate jobs. If the scope matches the telephone discussion, the agreed price applies. A different scope and its revised price are explained before intervention.
The 3,000 TL leak-detection price covers detection in one standard apartment during daytime service. Repair and surface closing are separate. If we establish a leak in the tested apartment but cannot locate its source, we do not charge for that detection. If there is no leak in that apartment, the inspection fee applies. Multiple leaks or a wider repair area do not cancel the fee for detection whose source has been located. Another apartment’s scope and fee are explained before its inspection.
Drain-odour detection with equipment starts at 3,000 TL per apartment; repair is separate. The service investigates drain or wastewater smells. Leak and odour investigations are generally planned for daytime. Night work is generally for blockages and urgent burst pipes; ask about appointment availability.
Duplexes, larger homes, businesses, outdoor areas and wide or multi-zone jobs need a separate telephone quote. Ask us for a quote in Silivri, Çatalca, Pendik, Tuzla, Adalar and Şile. Necessary and technically possible camera checks or toilet removal for clearing are included in the agreed clearing price. Optional pipe washing requires a separate price and your approval.
Questions before arranging a visit
Does falling heating pressure prove a water leak?
No. A pressure drop can have plumbing or appliance causes. Suitable checks are needed before a pipe leak is diagnosed.
Must you inspect every blocked drain with a camera first?
No. The method depends on the line and access. Camera inspection is supporting work when necessary and technically possible.
Does a part-replacement proposal mean the part was fitted?
No. The 50. Yıl source distinguishes the clearing and bucket test from the replacement proposal. Further work needs its own agreement.
How do I arrange written communication in English?
