Clean-water leaks and drain faults need different checks
Damp walls, dripping into a lower flat and changes in water pressure can have different causes. A symptom alone does not identify the pipe or the fault. We assess the clean-water supply and the wastewater line separately when the findings call for it.
On suitable clean-water lines, the inspection may include a pressure check, Marwos V18 Plus acoustic listening and Raythink CX 200 Pro+ thermal imaging. Drain access and the inspection need determine whether a Roteksan RC400 camera is useful. A camera does not go into every clean-water pipe.
Access and the nature of the fault affect what can be found. We assess the repair area after inspection. We cannot promise that every job needs only one tile to be opened or that no surface opening will be needed. Detection, repair and surface closing have separate scopes.
An apartment drain or a shared building line?
Tell us if water returns while you are not using any, if several drains are affected, if the flat is on the lowest floor, or if upper-floor use makes water rise in your drain. These observations help us discuss a private apartment line and a shared main line. They do not establish the cause or responsibility on their own.
The technician chooses the method on site. Where a drain-cleaning machine is needed, we use the ROTHENBERGER R600. A camera check or toilet removal is carried out when the technician considers it necessary for clearing and it is technically possible; these necessary steps are included in the agreed clearing price. They are not required in every job. We test the water flow after the line opens.
If a broken or collapsed pipe or a solid object prevents a started machine intervention from opening the line, the normal agreed service fee applies. Repair is a separate job. Where the problem concerns public infrastructure, we stop the private work and direct you to the relevant authority.
Work that receives a separate quote
Replacing old pipework or renovating a kitchen or bathroom requires an assessment. Materials, surface opening and closing are set out in the quote. They are separate from a detection or drain-clearing visit.
For a smell believed to come from a drain, we discuss the affected area and an appropriate inspection. General household or furniture smells are outside this service. Any repair is assessed separately.
Pipe washing is optional maintenance. If the open line is suitable and deposits justify it, we explain the separate price and proceed only with your approval. Washing does not repair a broken or collapsed pipe or an incorrect gradient.
Toilet, cistern and tap work is quoted according to the repair and material required. The one-year repair warranty applies to the section we repair or replace using materials supplied by Fix Tesisat. Untouched pipework and later damage are outside that stated scope. Boiler-appliance repair, gas-pipe installation and water-purifier installation are not among our services.

These are starting prices for a standard apartment during daytime service, 06:00–00:00. The night rate, 00:00–06:00, adds 50% to the daytime price. The normal daytime rate applies from 06:00 to 00:00 on weekends and public holidays. Prices are valid from 18 October 2026.
Drain clearing is priced by the private apartment line or shared main-line scope, not by metres or the number of devices used. If the scope matches the telephone discussion, the agreed price applies. If a different line or scope is found at the property, we explain the revised price before intervention.
The 3,000 TL leak-detection fee is for detection in one standard apartment. Repair and surface closing are separate. If we establish that the tested apartment has a leak but cannot locate its source, we do not charge for that detection. If there is no leak in that apartment, the inspection fee applies. Multiple leaks or a wider repair area do not remove the fee for a detection whose source has been established. Before inspecting another apartment, we explain that apartment’s scope and price.
Duplexes, larger homes, businesses, outdoor areas and wide or multi-zone jobs require a separate telephone quote. Please also ask for a quote in Silivri, Çatalca, Pendik, Tuzla, Adalar and Şile.

How soon can a team reach Küçükçekmece?

We bag the waste created by renovation and leave it in front of the building. The owner, manager or user arranges collection with the municipality. What if a blockage involves the public wastewater network?
