A hot-water pressure loss in the flat above the visible leak

The repeat pressure check showed that the leak was no longer continuing. Seepage below had also reduced noticeably. We explained that water already held in the floor and ceiling could take time to dry and prepared the service report. The check result and the drying of retained water were different stages. Closing was an agreed part of this job, not automatically part of every detection or repair price.

Blockage findings come before extra repair or washing
Deposits, wipes, food residue, hair or soap, a gradient problem, broken joint, narrowing or construction debris are possible causes described in the source. They are possibilities to assess from the actual line, rather than a diagnosis from the address.
The technician chooses the clearing method at the property. Where machine work is required, we use the ROTHENBERGER R600. Water flow is checked after opening. A camera is supporting work when necessary and technically possible; necessary, possible camera checks or toilet removal for clearing are included in the agreed price.
If a started machine intervention cannot open the line because of a break, collapse, solid object or public-infrastructure problem, the explained normal service fee applies. Work on public infrastructure stops and you are directed to the relevant authority. Pipe repair or replacement and surface closing are separate jobs.
Optional washing is not an automatic step and does not repair a broken or collapsed line. It requires a suitable pipe, a separate quote and approval. Drain-odour investigation may use smoke and supporting camera work where appropriate; non-drain sources are outside that investigation scope.

These starting prices apply to a standard apartment during daytime service, 06:00–00:00. Night service, 00:00–06:00, adds 50%. The normal daytime rate applies from 06:00 to 00:00 on weekends and public holidays. Prices are valid from 18 October 2026.
Drain clearing is priced by the apartment’s private line or the building’s shared main line, rather than metres or the number of devices used. Connected drains on the same line may form one intervention; independent lines are separate jobs. If the scope matches the telephone discussion, the agreed price applies. A different scope and its revised price are explained before intervention.
The 3,000 TL leak-detection price covers detection in one standard apartment during daytime service. Repair and surface closing are separate. If we establish a leak in the tested apartment but cannot locate its source, we do not charge for that detection. If there is no leak in that apartment, the inspection fee applies. Multiple leaks or a wider repair area do not cancel the fee for detection whose source has been located. Another apartment’s scope and fee are explained before its inspection.
Drain-odour detection with equipment starts at 3,000 TL per apartment; repair is separate. The service investigates drain or wastewater smells. Leak and odour investigations are generally planned for daytime. Night work is generally for blockages and urgent burst pipes; ask about appointment availability.
Duplexes, larger homes, businesses, outdoor areas and wide or multi-zone jobs need a separate telephone quote. Ask us for a quote in Silivri, Çatalca, Pendik, Tuzla, Adalar and Şile. Necessary and technically possible camera checks or toilet removal for clearing are included in the agreed clearing price. Optional pipe washing requires a separate price and your approval.
Questions before arranging a visit
Did the repeat pressure check mean all retained water had dried immediately?
No. The leak was no longer continuing in the check, while the seepage below had noticeably reduced. Water already in the floor and ceiling could still take time to dry.
Was surface closing automatically included in detection?
No. In the recorded job the customer chose a repair quote including closing from two offered options. Detection, repair and surface closing are separate scopes.
Is a broken drain repaired by washing it?
No. Washing is optional maintenance for a suitable line. A broken or collapsed section needs its own assessment and separately agreed repair.
