Standard apartments and industrial enquiries have different scopes
The standard-apartment table applies to that residential scope. Workplaces, industrial pipework in İkitelli OSB and outdoor lines need a separate telephone quote. Tell us whether the problem is in an apartment, a residential complex’s shared line, a workplace or an outdoor area.
We ask about the affected fixtures and access, then plan a visit according to the address and available team. A shared line within a residential complex is separate from an individual apartment’s private line.

A leak investigation before a repair decision
Dampness, seepage or a change in water use alone does not identify the source. We consider clean-water supply, heating pipework and drainage separately. Inspecting heating pipework is different from repairing the boiler appliance; we do not offer boiler-appliance repair.
The line and access determine the equipment. Suitable checks can include Marwos V18 Plus acoustic listening, Raythink CX 200 Pro+ thermal imaging and Roteksan RC400 drain imaging. We explain the findings before proposing a repair. Detection time and the opening area depend on the investigation.
A chemical repair without surface opening is not a suitable solution for every fault or a general guarantee. Repair, replacement and surface closing receive a separate scope and quote.
For repairs using materials supplied by Fix Tesisat, the one-year warranty covers only the section we repair or replace. Untouched pipework and later damage from use are outside that scope. Material choices and their voluntary warranty terms are explained in the quote. We do not guarantee that a blockage will never recur.
Clearing a private drain or a shared main line
Residential drain clearing distinguishes the apartment’s independent line from the shared building main line. Workplaces and industrial lines stay outside the standard-apartment tariff. The technician chooses the method after assessing the line and access.
Where a drain-cleaning machine is needed, we use the ROTHENBERGER R600. We test water flow after the line opens. A necessary, technically possible camera check or toilet removal for clearing is included in the agreed clearing price; neither is carried out in every job. Some lines do not allow camera access.
If a started machine intervention cannot open the line because of a break, collapse, solid object or public-infrastructure problem, the explained normal service fee applies. Work on public infrastructure stops and you are directed to the relevant authority. Pipe repair or replacement and surface closing are separate jobs.
Pipe washing is optional maintenance for a suitable line when the technician considers it useful. It requires a separate price and your approval. Drain-odour work investigates wastewater smells; repairs, bathroom surface work and toilet or tap installation are separately assessed.

These starting prices apply to a standard apartment during daytime service, 06:00–00:00. Night service, 00:00–06:00, adds 50%. The normal daytime rate applies from 06:00 to 00:00 on weekends and public holidays. Prices are valid from 18 October 2026.
Drain clearing is priced by the apartment’s private line or the building’s shared main line, rather than metres or the number of devices used. Connected drains on the same line may form one intervention; independent lines are separate jobs. If the scope matches the telephone discussion, the agreed price applies. A different scope and its revised price are explained before intervention.
The 3,000 TL leak-detection price covers detection in one standard apartment during daytime service. Repair and surface closing are separate. If we establish a leak in the tested apartment but cannot locate its source, we do not charge for that detection. If there is no leak in that apartment, the inspection fee applies. Multiple leaks or a wider repair area do not cancel the fee for detection whose source has been located. Another apartment’s scope and fee are explained before its inspection.
Drain-odour detection with equipment starts at 3,000 TL per apartment; repair is separate. The service investigates drain or wastewater smells. Leak and odour investigations are generally planned for daytime. Night work is generally for blockages and urgent burst pipes; ask about appointment availability.
Duplexes, larger homes, businesses, outdoor areas and wide or multi-zone jobs need a separate telephone quote. Ask us for a quote in Silivri, Çatalca, Pendik, Tuzla, Adalar and Şile. Necessary and technically possible camera checks or toilet removal for clearing are included in the agreed clearing price. Optional pipe washing requires a separate price and your approval.

Can every heating leak be repaired without opening a surface?
No. The line, findings and access determine the repair method. A chemical repair is not a universal solution, and boiler-appliance repair is outside our service.
Is pipe washing required after every blockage?
