Checking a leak before choosing the opening and repair
Dampness, ceiling marks or raised flooring can require investigation. We consider the clean-water supply and drains separately. On suitable clean-water lines, this can include a pressure check, Marwos V18 Plus acoustic listening and Raythink CX 200 Pro+ thermal imaging. A Roteksan RC400 drain camera is considered when needed and technically possible.
We discuss the inspection findings and any separate repair or surface-closing quote. The investigation does not promise a fixed completion time, no surface opening or a repair through one tile.
For repairs using materials supplied by Fix Tesisat, the one-year warranty covers only the section we repair or replace. Untouched pipework and later damage from use are outside that scope. Material choices and their voluntary warranty terms are explained in the quote. We do not guarantee that a blockage will never recur.
Clearing the line and testing the water flow
An apartment’s independent drain and the shared building main line have different prices. For a suitable line, machine intervention uses the ROTHENBERGER R600, followed by a water-flow check once the line opens.
Camera checks with the Roteksan RC400 and toilet removal are not required in every job. When the technician needs them to clear the line and they are technically possible, they are included in the agreed clearing price. No fixed opening time or guarantee against recurrence is given.
If a started machine intervention cannot open the line because of a break, collapse, solid object or public-infrastructure problem, the explained normal service fee applies. Work on public infrastructure stops and you are directed to the relevant authority. Pipe repair or replacement and surface closing are separate jobs.
A drain or inspection-chamber locator may help investigate a suitable line or chamber; it is not required for every job. Optional pipe washing needs a suitable line, separate price and approval. Bathroom renovation, drain-odour investigation, toilet work and tap installation are assessed and quoted for their own scope and materials.

These starting prices apply to a standard apartment during daytime service, 06:00–00:00. Night service, 00:00–06:00, adds 50%. The normal daytime rate applies from 06:00 to 00:00 on weekends and public holidays. Prices are valid from 18 October 2026.
Drain clearing is priced by the apartment’s private line or the building’s shared main line, rather than metres or the number of devices used. Connected drains on the same line may form one intervention; independent lines are separate jobs. If the scope matches the telephone discussion, the agreed price applies. A different scope and its revised price are explained before intervention.
The 3,000 TL leak-detection price covers detection in one standard apartment during daytime service. Repair and surface closing are separate. If we establish a leak in the tested apartment but cannot locate its source, we do not charge for that detection. If there is no leak in that apartment, the inspection fee applies. Multiple leaks or a wider repair area do not cancel the fee for detection whose source has been located. Another apartment’s scope and fee are explained before its inspection.
Drain-odour detection with equipment starts at 3,000 TL per apartment; repair is separate. The service investigates drain or wastewater smells. Leak and odour investigations are generally planned for daytime. Night work is generally for blockages and urgent burst pipes; ask about appointment availability.
Duplexes, larger homes, businesses, outdoor areas and wide or multi-zone jobs need a separate telephone quote. Ask us for a quote in Silivri, Çatalca, Pendik, Tuzla, Adalar and Şile. Necessary and technically possible camera checks or toilet removal for clearing are included in the agreed clearing price. Optional pipe washing requires a separate price and your approval.

No. The floor, affected fixtures and timing help us plan the inspection. A broken, collapsed or obstructed line must be assessed from findings at the property.
Can I contact you at night?
Call to discuss emergency service and available appointments. Night work is generally for blockages and urgent burst pipes. Leak and odour investigations are generally planned for daytime. The 00:00–06:00 night rate adds 50%.
Is every drain checked with a locator or camera?
No. A locator may help with a suitable pipe or chamber, while camera use depends on need and access. Neither is compulsory in every job.
